A3. Members in areas outside the continental United States pay higher shipping and handling rates because all carriers charge higher rates to ship to these areas.

A5. All merchandise is guaranteed 100% satisfaction for 30 days or your money back. Returns or exchanges should be done within 30 days of receiving the item and the item must be in new condition. However, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please insure the returned item or it will be refused if the item has been damaged enroute.
