All merchandise is guaranteed 100% satisfaction for 30 days or you will receive a Gift Certificate or Gift Card for a higher value* of the item(s)to be used in our online store or thru our catalog. Returns or exchanges should be returned within 30 days of receiving the item and the item must be in new condition. However, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please insure the returned item or it will be refused if the item has been damaged enroute. *The higher value should take care of the return shipping cost. There will be a restocking fee of 15% on the return.
